New South Brewing brewed its first batch in November 1998. Since then, we have brewed thousands of batches of fresh ale and lager. We brew on a 20-barrel brewhouse and produce around 3,000 barrels annually. We distribute cans of New South White Ale and Nut Brown Ale to Myrtle Beach, Columbia, Charleston and Florence, South Carolina. Other beers such as our India Pale Ale, Dark Star Porter and Dirty Myrtle Double IPA are distributed on draft in kegs.
We’ve been operating our taproom for the past 7 years – as the laws have changed and allowed us to pour for on-premise consumption. We usually have a few brewery-only beers on tap in the taproom, so check our On Tap page to see what is currently pouring.
